ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Sean has been with for j.design.studio since January 2020 and performs all administrative functions including personnel/office management, payroll, and accounting duties. He is a leader and manager with over 22 years of active duty in the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer.  His diverse military background and experience includes multiple tours leading large numbers of active-duty Service Members providing leadership, mentorship, and training while enforcing standards and complying with military regulations. He has held positions as a Ship's Radiation Safety Officer, Departmental/Divisional Chief, Command Occupational & Industrial Safety Chief, Aviation Maintenance Production Chief, and has served in various Project and Program Manager roles.

Sean has received numerous military awards and commendations for multiple Middle East and Western Pacific deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism to include Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has traveled to 26 different countries or territories around the world. Sean attended Indiana State University and is a FAA Commercial licensed/Instrument rated pilot.

Outside of work, Sean in his spare time enjoys spending time with family, golfing, going to the shooting range, and flying. An avid sports fan, Sean grew up rooting for the Philadelphia Phillies & Indianapolis Colts, but does like to go to a Padres game & cheering for San Diego as long as the Phillies are not in town!
